International Conference “Government and Business against Corruption in Public Procurement and Tenders”

It is now fourth year in a row that IBLF Russia acted as co-organiser of the Moscow Government International Conference “Government and Business against Corruption in Public Procurement and Tenders”. The IVth Conference was held on December 8 and 9, 2016, in Moscow. Boris Tkachenko, CEO IBLF Russia, and Brook Horowitz, CEO IBLF Global moderated the second part of Plenary meeting on the 9th of December “Best practices of anticorruption actions in municipal procurement”.
