In pursuance of commission following the meeting between Sergey Sobyanin, the Mayor of Moscow, and business community on the 23rd of April 2014, the Department for Competition Policy at the Moscow Government conducted a series of meetings to work out the samples of long-term municipal procurement contracts. IBLF arranged involvement of international companies in this work.

IBLF Russia being the partner of the Moscow Government organized participation of the business representatives as speakers at the Meeting between Sergey Sobyanin, the Mayor of Moscow, and business leaders, session “44-FZ: new opportunities and the highest responsibility”, round tables “Procurement procedures of the state owned companies: new demands of the 223-FZ”,“Theory and practices: how to manage the public procurement of innovation products” and some other events.

IBLF co-organized VI Russian Boards Forum.

IBLF Russia in partnership with American Chamber of Commerce in Russian Federation organized the round-table for discussion the development of public procurement procedures. There were 38 representatives of multinational companies.

Youth Business Russia Programme (implemented by the International Business Leaders Forum) acted as a partner to the Moscow Government in organizing the Congress. The Programme managers have arranged panel discussions ”How to Build New Entrepreneurs Generation” and “Mentoring: the Role in Entrepreneurship Development”, as well as the speeches by leading international experts in mentoring and youth entrepreneurship.

Boris Tkachenko, Head of IBLF Russia, presented the results of business and government collective actions on improving public procurement procedures at the meeting of the Association of European Business in Russia (AEB) healthcare and pharma committee.

On the International Anti-Corruption Day, the Moscow Government in partnership with IBLF Russia, held an International conference Practices and Key Areas in Combating Corruption in Public Procurement.

On December 3, 2013, International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) held the 1st Russian Forum Mentorship in Entrepreneurship organized by Youth Business Russia Programme under the auspices of Department for Development of Small and Medium Business and Competition of RF Ministry of Economic Development.

Moscow MIRBIS Business University supported by MATRA Programme of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in partnership with Nijenrode University held the third session of the Russian-Dutch CSR School on October 23, 2013.

International Business Leaders Forum and PwC held a round-table discussion Anticorruption Compliance as a Strategy of Development of Leading Companies on October 17, 2013. The event gathered compliance officers and university professors specializing in teaching business ethics and anticorruption practices.
